Returns & Repairs


We will accept the return of unworn, undamaged or defective products with the tag still attached and original packaging, for exchange or refund within 7 days of the ship date. Customized products, Special Orders, Sale items and Gift Card Purchases are not eligible for return.

All items to be returned require an Return Authorization number. To request an RA email with your 1. name, 2. telephone number, 3. style name or number, 4. brief description of the issue and 5. include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. We will respond with an RA number and instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is processed, a refund (excluding shipping cost) will be issued for the merchandise and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or a gift credit issued for the value of your return. Items purchased through other retailers will not be handled through this site. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


We are proud of our hand made products and the love and labor that goes into each piece. Should an item ever need repair, email with your name, telephone number, a style name/brief description, original date of purchase and images of the item and a description of the repairs needed. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. The repair may be subject to a small repair fee plus shipping.
